What to expect when
you work with us

Discovery call – We like to get to know you and understand your project style, desired outcomes and goals.
Onsite meeting – Nothing better than being on-site to chat and visualise. We will discuss project specifics such as time frames, council requirements, project management and materials/subcontractors required.
Complete estimate – We can use your existing approved plans to create a brief costing, or if you don’t already have plans, we can recommend a reputable architect or draughtsman to help formulate your ideas and dreams onto paper. They will then take these through to the council approval stage for you.
Quote & specifications – Once full work scope has been confirmed, we provide a complete project quote with a specification document, calculating the cost breakdown.
Contract signing – When we have the green light, your building contract is provided by the Master Builders Association, which includes our responsibility to you, the extent of work, insurances, time expectations and payment schedule. We provide The Master Builders 10 Year guarantee.
Project breaks ground! – We communicate clearly and regularly for the duration of your project, keeping us all on the same page. We hold space for you to address any queries or concerns that may develop as you see your project come to life.
We liaise with all subcontractors, professionals and undertake all council building inspections to ensure a quality build that aligns with New Zealand standards, codes and practices. Along with obtaining relevant documentation for Code of Compliance.
Handover & completion – Upon completion a final walk through will take place to ensure you are satisfied with the finished project. A final council building inspection will be completed and ACS will complete the code of compliance certification for you.

Talk to us about your dream new home, we'd love to help…
